Monica handled everything very well for us. We had already moved before placing the property on the market, albeit it only 2 hours away. Monica reduced the frequency of our return trips by coordinating needed repairs based upon buyer inspections, stopping by the property to check on a variety things when requested and keeping us informed. She recommended a title company as we had little experience with these services. That company had an office near our new home which helped us with the closing process.
Monica knows her job and is very knowledgeable other resources to help you by or sell your home in the near future. I would definitely recommend her as your realtor, she's a very likeable person easy to work with.
