Monica was fantastic, she was quick to respond, through, experienced (very knowledgeable), and fun to work with. Prior to working with Monica, I missed out on a purchase due to a slow, non aggressive agent not getting my bid in soon enough. However, after I began working with Monica, she got an offer in immediately once the property became available on the market. I saw, on Zillow, that the townhouse was going to be available soon, and I called Monica to tell her, and she was already aware of it, and told me that we cant place an offer until it comes on the market.
