Monica helped the reviewer buy this property

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful realtor

My husband and I were moving from out of state to Colorado Springs. From our first virtual meeting with Monica we knew we were in good hands. Monica demonstrated deep knowledge about the Springs and from that first conversation was able to narrow down our search to some key areas/neighborhoods. When we came to town Monica spent an entire day with us driving to different areas and showing us houses that fit our desires. When we found the house we loved, Monica helped negotiate a great deal and was proactive about communicating throughout the home buying process. Since purchasing our home and moving in, Monica continues to be a wealth of knowledge about services and companies in the Springs. I know this process went smoothly because of Monica’s experience and expertise and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Colorado Springs!
