When I first met Monica, I was at the end of my rope. Extremely stressed, working full time, taking care of family and going back to school. The market was iffy, and I had been dealing with shady contractors, realtors that seemed to not know what they were doing, and facing a difficult time in my life. I was told my home was only good for investors and would lose money selling it. Then I met Monica. The first thing she did was give me a hug and tell me it was going to be ok. She was able to sell my home for full asking price 2 days after it went on the market. She took care of everything and somehow kept me calm, even with having extreme anxiety.
