We got great advice about the homes we previewed and because of their hard work we were able to accomplish all of our house hunting needs in a couple of days. They were friendly and professional. Monica worked directly with the Title Company and Lenders on our behalf and advised us on what was a good deal and when we were being taken advantage of. She was also very honest with us and helped with expectation management by advising us against entering into a contract on a home that we couldn’t afford or could afford but needed too many expensive fixes to bring it up to par. She is very knowledgeable about the important things that we as first-time home buyers didn’t know we needed to be wary of. If we ever decide to sell this home in the future (this is probably going to be our forever home!) Monica and Ryan are on the top of our list and we will be recommending them to anyone who is in the market. If you are looking for a Real Estate agent for any reason Shea is the way to go!
