Monica has been exemplary from the beginning when we first met her. She had a folder with detailed but easy to read information about the steps and her responsibilities as our agent. She provided us with a list of homes and also provided us with a weekly updated list. She was readily available to show us homes. Monica is a very good communicator. When we finally were in contract. She was there through out the whole process. She made buying a home flawless. On the day we got our keys. She was waiting with balloons, champagne, a gift basket and home decors. She is a kind sweet person. We love her! She is great at what she does as a real estate agent.

Monica has been our agent to buy and sell homes for the last few years. She is reliable,professional, patient, knowledgeable and has excellent communication. She explains things in a way thats easy to understand. Her dedication and reliability is highly appreciated. We have had good agents in the past, but Monica is hands down the best.

In my transition from moving I'd lived out of state and basically had to run through everything remotely short of doing my walk through and signing my mortgage agreement with the title company. I felt very confident in Monica as she made the process simple and to the point. I had such a wonderful experience that my aunt used her when she moved up from Tucson, and went on to assist my mother and my brother moving here from out of state as well. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.
