Monica is incredible.
If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.
