Monica helped the reviewer sell this property

Detail oriented, clear communicator, responsive, and very professional!

I had the pleasure of working with Monica on the sale of my primary residence and the purchase of my new residence. Her expertise saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle when preparing my house for sale and making my offer on my current new home. My experience with most agents has been lukewarm at best, but Monica is not someone who treats this as a "part time" job or who stumbles into it as a second career. She's a seasoned, full-time realtor and it shows in her work with her attention to details, ability to negotiate, and ability to manage clients. I am NOT an easy client. Knowing that about myself, Monica never once conveyed what I already knew to be true... I'm difficult... which is a testament to her professionalism and ability to navigate the complexities of buying/selling. There is no other realtor I could ever recommend over Monica and her team. Who you work with matters SO much no matter what kind of market we're in. Work with the best, period!
