Monica was wonderful and I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends! My boyfriend had just bought a house which we were all moving in together (Monica was his realtor as well).. I had to sell my townhouse quickly so we wouldn't be stuck making two mortgage payments for long. I was nervous... but Monica did such an amazing job! With her suggestions about what I should update, repair, repaint in the house along with her beautiful staging, I had an offer over ask in 6 days!!!! It was such a quick process we never had an overlapping mortgage payment. Monica has an awesome personality as well which makes the whole process more enjoyable.
