5 stars is not even enough. Monica is the best real estate agent we have had. And we have used many with all our Army moves etc. She is very knowledgable in her business and goes the extra mile. She communicates throughout the entire process and even follows up after.

Monica was wonderful and I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends! My boyfriend had just bought a house which we were all moving in together (Monica was his realtor as well).. I had to sell my townhouse quickly so we wouldn't be stuck making two mortgage payments for long. I was nervous... but Monica did such an amazing job! With her suggestions about what I should update, repair, repaint in the house along with her beautiful staging, I had an offer over ask in 6 days!!!!
