Monica is the type of Realtor that will not give up on getting you to where you need to be to buy a home of your dreams. My sistuation in buying my home was very very indept! I had no clue on what needed to be done before filling out an Applicatin for financing. As a matter of fact; I should have not really wasted thier time because I did not have my crap in order to buy a home in the first place! I really should have waited another 6 months to a year. This experience was so stressful for me because I prayed she would understand my frustrations and that I needed to stop RENTING! When a realtor has your back with all the mess I had in my finances and TAXES, she prayed, we prayed and the prayer worked! I got financed (with difficulties) but we did it! Monica's dedication showed me she cares about her position and clients. If I had to do this over again, no doubt I would again choose MONICA DAVIS for my realtor. Our team was Phenomenal! I want to thank Monica for not giving up and our team for being persistent in getting the home of my dreams.
