Monica is very professional, thorough in details, very courteous, attentive, and has good patience! We gave her a run down of what we were looking for, as well as, the circumstances around it. She showed us reasonable places in the areas we wanted. She also saw the whole process through, from start to finish and answered any questions or concerns we had.
