Monica and Heroel worked patiently with my wife and I to find the perfect property for us. The market made me a bit resistant but they kept finding places to show us as they gauged our taste and wants. We finally found the perfect place thanks to them!!
Heroel and Monica were very professional throughout the whole thing. Very helpful and patient team, they answered all of my questions and were very thorough. I appreciated how punctual they were as well, they valued my time and that made me feel very secure. I've closed deals with them a few times and will continue to use them in the future, I highly recommend them!

Experience Matters I selected Heroel and Monica to help sell my elderly parents home and they really went above and beyond my expectations. As my parents went through some life changing events and the very personal process of downsizing, Heroel was the most patient person. He never pushed and having someone that knows the process inside and out is such a bonus. This wasn't about a quick sale (although the home sold in less than one month), but having the right knowledge and experience makes such a huge difference. Heroel and Monica are well-versed and professional - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them over and over again.

The Cuervo Team worked with us with a lot of details, understood our needs. They diligently listed our condo and planned showings, they moved fast so no opportunity was wasted. In the same manner Cuervo Team worked hard to find our new home. They have experience, tools such as media, videos and photos to market; the knowledge on all types of documentation and negotiation strategies.!!
My experience Monica's work was excellent. She guided me and guided me through the process. She helped me get my house. She kept in communication with me at all times. She is very professional.

The Cuervo Team worked diligently to help us to sell a property and to search for a new one with the features and location we needed. They worked hand to hand, patiently searching for right house. The Cuervo Team knows how to handle documents, and guide us in each process. I'll always recommend them...Five shiny stars!
