Harold is a solid person he has sold 2 houses for my wife & my self . There company went above & beyond on the sale of my house. They got me more MONEY for my than I was asking. If you get a chance to work with Harold it will be well we worth it. He goes above & beyond .
Had a contract on the house within 5 days of signing with him. Throughout the process of closing kept me updated on a regular basis. He went up and over what I could ask from any realtor. If I was asked would I hire him again absolutely. Without hesitation
It was a pleasure to work with the Cuervo Team. They guided us every step of the way and handled all the details. They made our out-of-state transaction nice and smooth. We will be working with them in the future.
We have used the Cuervo Team for many real estate transactions and each purchase/sales have gone exceptionally well. We will continue to use The Cuervo Team for future purchases/sales and recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent that treats you like family.
Exceptional Heroel͏ and Monica were wonderful to work with. My wife and I were purchasing out of state, and didn’t know much about Florida. They walked us through the process and showed us properties that we specifically asked for. Anytime we had a question it was answered immediately. While the process was a little difficult from another state, having them help us made it easy. Only took a few weeks from start to finish. You’ll feel like you’ve know them for years. Great people to work with!
