We relocated from Delray Beach to pursue a career opportunity. We chose Mona as our buyer's agent as we were unfamiliar with the area. She took the time to drive us all around Melbourne, advising us on which areas best suited our needs, and, importantly, which areas would not. Mona spent a day orienting us to the stores, the restaurants, the neighborhoods, and the downtown area to familiarize us with Melbourne. No previous realtor has taken the time and effort and been so personable and professional, and we should mention she has a great personality too. She answers calls timely and went way beyond the extra mile to ensure we found the right house, in the right area. We unequivocally recommend Mona as the best choice for a realtor.

Dealing with Mona was a joy, compared to other realtors I "tried". I likely reached out to a dozen or more realtors in the melbourne / Cocoa Beach area, with no return email or calls. Mona made herself available for our brief visit to the area, SHE LISTENED and understood us, she was open about which properties would satisfy us, and when it came time to buy, she helped with closing preps, utility preps, and even offered to assist with running errands for us (related to being there for dropping off checks, opening the door for service personnel). There are not enough words to describe the pleasure it was having Mona for a realtor.
