We ended up having a mortgage lien from the previous seller that was still on the books!! What a terrifying thing to learn. Molly went above and beyond contacting title insurance companies, lawyers, colleagues, her own title insurance company and any resource she could utilize. When no one seemed to care or want to help us through this situation, she stepped up and worked hard!! Molly is outstanding, professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. We had a previous sale that was simple with her. She was kind and available. But this sale showed the work ethic, expertise and competence of molly Strickland. I couldn’t shout her praises louder! She is incredible.

Molly knows her business and does it well. When we would look at houses she walked through checking things as an inspector would and gave her honest opinion. When we did the final walk through she was thorough in checking everything that was agreed on to be fixed and she checked to make sure all the sinks etc were still in good working order. She is kind, caring but gets the job done. She made everything super easy and understandable. She was prompt in responding to my questions, concerns, and appointments to look at homes.
