Molly was amazing and worked with us every step of the way. She was getting ready to go to her daughters dance competition when I showed her a house. She dropped everything to meet us there and it ended up being the one! Any complications we had she helped us through them and made sure everything was taken care of. Molly was great to work with through this process. She kept us informed and checked in with us often. Even though the market was difficult at that time she still worked hard to find houses to look at. There was never a time where she didn’t get back to us and answered every simple question we had. We worked with Molly in selling my late mother-in-law’s house. Molly was absolutely excellent. She was very understanding of the emotional importance of this sale, and was extremely respectful and caring in dealing with this difficult issue. She was also an excellent agent on our behalf. We live an hour away from the property, and she was able to help us with several logistics issues that would’ve been difficult and time intensive for us without her help. We were traveling internationally during the closing, and she was able to facilitate the sale remotely without any issue at all. She is extremely responsive, conscientious, friendly and professional at all times. Molly is such a great realtor. From the beginning she gave us the rundown on what to expect throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable and organized. Molly was fantastic with communicating. Anytime my wife and I had any questions Molly was always available to speak over the phone, even if it was late in the evening. Molly was understanding and very easy to work with. It took my husband and I about a year until we found our perfect home and when we found it we had a few set backs but the whole time she made sure we understood every step until we closed.
