Even in the rare instance when she wasn’t available herself she introduced me to a colleague of hers that was able to temporarily fill in, and even then she made sure to communicate these changes and check in repeatedly to see if I had any questions anything things were progressing as planned. Throughout this process Molly demonstrated her attentiveness and professionalism in every single interaction.
