Molly Potts

My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers and Molly made this process so easy! Any and all questions we had she was absolutely on it! Her communication was outstanding and her connections and references for people to be on our buying team were just as great. What a wonderful experience!

Molly was a wonderful real estate agent for the sale of my home! She was extremely organized throughout the whole process; taking initiative and thinking ahead with all that needed to be done. She was responsive to issues that came up and super supportive of any questions or concerns that I had. Her calm and professional demeanor made the stressful process of selling a house much more manageable. I highly recommend Molly!

Molly was incredibly helpful throughout my home buying process. She was extremely communicative, proving constant updates throughout the entire process and making sure I understood everything as it was happening. Even in the rare instance when she wasn’t available herself she introduced me to a colleague of hers that was able to temporarily fill in, and even then she made sure to communicate these changes and check in repeatedly to see if I had any questions anything things were progressing as planned. Throughout this process Molly demonstrated her attentiveness and professionalism in every single interaction. Soon I will be selling the home I am moving out of, and I wouldn’t have anyone but Molly handle that for me. Your home and your future are safe in her hands.

Molly worked hard searching high and low for the exact property criteria we wanted. She found just that, gave us guidance throughout the convoluted home buying process in a timely manner, and helped us make an offer on our forever home. Without her guidance, we wouldn't have been successful. In todays market, having knowledgeable resources like Molly are indispensable, and we're grateful she helped us every step of the way. We look forward to working with her in the future!

Molly negotiated well with the attorneys and seller involved. She always had a cheerful attitude and responded promptly when I needed her. She even stopped by at the end of the day to handle paperwork a couple times. I would highly recommend!!

Extremely professional from start to finish. No detail was messed. She really knows the market and helps you through every step along the way.
