Molly's attention to detail is unparalleled. She took the time to explain every single aspect and answer questions thoroughly and promptly, even if I asked them more than once. She had great information about the areas (she seemed to know people or sold homes to people in most of the places we went). She was very helpful in the negotiations as we discussed what would be fair. She could sense when I was unsure or hesitant and knew when to step in with concrete ideas. During inspection, Molly knew what to look for and was super careful to point out various elements. She kept everything on track time wise and communicated with all the third parties promptly and professionally. Molly is incredible. She could answer all questions, responded quickly, followed up if I hadn't responded, navigated all of the complexities, etc. I loved that she had plentiful resources and references she could connect us with -- from the mortgage broker (which was huge that she had specific people she works with frequently) to local painters.
