Molly sold my home in Apollo Beach Florida. During the process of selling my home, she was in constant communication with myself and my family. Molly listened to any concerns that I had and took them all into consideration while keeping in mind the integrity of the sale of my home. Molly did an amazing job selling our home in Wesley Chapel during the pandemic. We had ‘interviewed’ multiple Realtors and most of them recommended to price our house much lower than our research suggested the price should be due to the uncertainty of the pandemic. One agent said in their opinion it would take 9-12 months for our home to sell. Well, Molly had it under contract at almost list price, with multiple offers, in the first week! Molly pulled multiple comps for us over a few months when we were preparing to move. She priced the home just where we wanted and we ended up walking away with $20-30k more than we would have if we used other agents suggested prices. In addition to being on-top of the market data, Molly went above and beyond in other areas. We had moved out of state and the house was vacant. Molly checked up on the property regularly and kept us informed about landscaping needs, etc. We also had a rough time due to the title search uncovering a permit that had never been closed out by a vendor for the home. Since we were out of state, we did a lot of calling and emailing to resolve the issue. Molly was our “feet on the ground” and took care of picking up and delivering papers to the county and property. We would have not been able to get the permit closed and sell the home without Molly’s dedication. On top of all her hard work, Molly is a pleasure to work with. She is very nice and personable. She responds to emails, calls and texts quickly. She also would reach out to me with updates about the contracts, even if just to say that everything was moving along smoothly. If we ever purchased or sold property in the Wesley Chapel or Tampa area again, Molly would be our Realtor. We highly recommend her to sellers and buyers!

Molly's attention to detail is unparalleled. She took the time to explain every single aspect and answer questions thoroughly and promptly, even if I asked them more than once. She had great information about the areas (she seemed to know people or sold homes to people in most of the places we went). She was very helpful in the negotiations as we discussed what would be fair. She could sense when I was unsure or hesitant and knew when to step in with concrete ideas. During inspection, Molly knew what to look for and was super careful to point out various elements. She kept everything on track time wise and communicated with all the third parties promptly and professionally. Molly is incredible. She could answer all questions, responded quickly, followed up if I hadn't responded, navigated all of the complexities, etc. I loved that she had plentiful resources and references she could connect us with -- from the mortgage broker (which was huge that she had specific people she works with frequently) to local painters.

Molly was diligent in getting our home sold. She kept in constant contact from start to finish. Explained everything in great detail through every step of the selling process. We really didn’t have any moments of “what is going on here,” because she is so thorough. Even when things didn’t go our way with a potential buyer she stayed calm and offered great advice. Our home sold and we are still smiling about the process because of our realtor! It all seemed too easy, which is why I will always be using Molly for all of our family’s real estate needs,
