Molly did an excellent job for us! She is very knowledgeable and always willing to get the answers you need. She did a simultaneous sale and purchase for us and kept us updated constantly throughout the process. Patience and communication are two of her best qualities, being quick to respond whenever we contacted her. Molly was always respectful of our concerns and guided us through a few trying issues.
