Cutler Real Estate asked Mollie a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Mollie's replies.
1. What is your professional/educational background?
I have been a Realtor in the Columbus area for 6 years. Before that, I graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Kinesiology and from Indiana University with a M.S. Ed in Counseling and Counselor Education.
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I have always been excited about the home buying/selling process. Having relocated many times myself, and having the personal experience of buying, selling, and building homes, I was attracted to the notion of helping others do the same. I was surprised just how helpful my degree in counseling would help with this process. Listening to the needs of clients and helping them achieve their goals has been the most rewarding part.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I live in Blacklick (Jefferson Township) and absolutely love living here. We are close to New Albany, Gahanna, and Easton. Lots of opportunities to shop, dine out, go to parks, and an easy hop to the airport! I feel so lucky to live in my little pocket of the Columbus Metro area.
4. How do you spend your free time?
Normally I can be found spectating one of my kids' soccer games or swim meets. True "free time" seems to be a thing of the past.
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?
Photos, my wedding ring, each of my kids' lovies, and an object from my childhood
6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?
