This was our only opportunity to visit the local area AND, perhaps most importantly, she was completely available over a subsequent 45 day period, after our initial visit, where we were out-of-town but were able to purchase a home that met our requirements. She was magnificent as our "eyes & ears" on the ground as we navigated this purchase and all the numerous closing details and inspections that were required...even though we were not present. The fact that we were not geographically co-located with Mollie magnified the need for timely, accurate and responsive communication and Mollie delivered with flying colors.
