This was our 5th home-buying experience to date and Mollie was by far our best buyer agent of any we had experienced previously. She was a superb communicator and really tried to fully understand our specific housing requirements. Initially, she was able to line up several homes for viewing during a time we had available to actually visit Homestead, FL. This was our only opportunity to visit the local area AND, perhaps most importantly, she was completely available over a subsequent 45 day period, after our initial visit, where we were out-of-town but were able to purchase a home that met our requirements. She was magnificent as our "eyes & ears" on the ground as we navigated this purchase and all the numerous closing details and inspections that were required...even though we were not present. The fact that we were not geographically co-located with Mollie magnified the need for timely, accurate and responsive communication and Mollie delivered with flying colors. Super professional and very knowledgeable about the local area...my wife and I highly recommend Mollie Dawson.

Mollie was very helpful with assisting my daughter in finding the perfect house in the location she desired. She also recommended finance agents for her to work with. Mollie's job was not easy as my daughter gave her such a small radius to search for a particular style of home she desired also this was during the period of the investors heyday.
