We worked with Mollie to find a condo in Byron Center. Since we were not living in the Grand Rapids area, we did online searches and selected condos to visit, we gave the list to Mollie and she organized the visits perfectly so we were able to see all the places in one day. Mollie worked efficiently to submit our purchase offer in a few hours in order to meet the deadline and continued working until late evening until an agreement was reached with the seller.
This is the 2nd house I've sold with Mollie as my agent. Both times we found ourselves in situations where we needed to list our house quickly, with zero prep work possible. Both times Mollie sold the house in a couple of days, for full or above full asking price, even with obstacles such as the stairs/upstairs hallway NOT HAVING ANY FLOORING (I am not kidding - there was no floor) and having A LOT of pets that were present for the showings.
Mollie was exceptionally knowledgeable about the housing market and the house buying process. Mollie helped us purchase a home that we thought was far outside the realm of possibility, especially since we are first-time home buyers, and even more so because we bought the home sight-unseen from London. Mollie was extremely professional, hard-working, and friendly throughout the entire process, from scouring the market during the cold winter months, to timely (even early morning!) communication despite the 5-hour time difference, to consistent follow-up and just being on top of things always. She understand the Grand Rapids market (and surrounding areas) intuitively, and we look forward to working with her again soon when we start buying investment properties in the area.
