Moe Alsharif

I first met Moe back in 2015 when I made a trip from Seattle down to Austin as I was looking at housing options while having a couple job interviews. He was very attentive from the initial phone call to giving me as much time as I needed while down here to view homes. Moe also provided valuable knowledge of the Austin area as this was my first time to the state of Texas. Unfortunately the job search didn’t pan out. It wasn’t until a few months ago where I had a job opportunity I accepted that would bring me to Austin and I would need help finding a home. Time was of the essence as I was relocating cross country in a small window of time. While I was in town Moe made the most of our time looking at homes. More importantly he explained the process and the possibility of the different scenarios that could play out as we wrote up our offer. Having worked in the mortgage industry as a consultant for a better part of a decade, I have worked with many Realtors, and I wish I would have worked with a Realtor like Moe. He was very on the ball, making sure the wheels were set in motion early and that momentum continued until he handed me the keys to my wife and I’s beautiful home. Even after closing, he checks in periodically to see if there is anything we need. Highly recommend.
