Very pleasant to work with. Quiet, but knowledgeable. Worked well through 3 house offers. First two fell through due to inability of buyers to obtain financing. ML was always upbeat and assuring. Her initial assessment of the price point for the house was very accurate - more than we had originally anticipated.
