ML worked tirelessly for us in selling our home. Through her contacts and experience we successfully concluded the sale at the third attempt and at a higher sale price than the first two offers. The first offers fell through after the buyer was unable to obtain financing [case 1] and the buyer of the house of our buyer failed to obtain financing [case 2]. Upon the demise of the second contract, ML showed the house the next day, and we had an offer negotiated within three days. ML was very knowledgeable of the market and the buyer landscape.
