He also guided us well in the listing of our home to get us the most competitive offers! We were very pleased with the results. Many situations required Mitch to go above and beyond for us and he did every time.
Mitch was very professional. He brought in a staging expert and provided his own insights prior to listing which I believe helped in getting a contract within three weeks after the house went on the market. Mitch stayed touch with the buyers agent and kept us abreast of the process leading up to closing.

Mitch worked with me to sell my fathers estate. I live in a different State. Mitch worked with me by looking at the house, taking pictures, and giving me multiple options on how to proceed. He did a ton of legwork for me before we even met. When I came to Ohio to get the house ready to sell Mitch was ready with cleaners, contractors etc. He helped us every step of the way. He set up a plan to get the most views on the house. We had numerous offers. Very competitive bidding. We ended up taking a bid that was $17,000 more than we were looking for. During this process I found Mitch to be a hard working man of high moral fiber. I’ve had dealings with real estate agents that were not that way. This was not the case with Mitch. I enjoyed working with Mitch. I highly recommend Mitch to anybody looking for a real estate agent.
Mitch was a huge help with the estate sale of my fathers home in Ohio. I live in California (don't laugh! was born here!) and being able to swing by the house and check on things was not an option. That's where Mitch came in....he took the trash cans out and returned them when needed, cleaned up some tree debris that came down during a windy storm, and scheduled some general house repairs with his handyman contacts there in the Stow/Akron area. Along with doing his "normal realtor" job of putting the house up on the market and selling it, Mitch did go that extra mile helping me prep the home for sale. Communication was not an issue...updates via text were nearly a daily occurrence and he was available for phone calls if needed.
My husband and I cannot say enough GREAT things about our house hunting experience with Mitch. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and unfamiliar with the process but his knowledge and unbelievable interpersonal skills made us feel at ease and able to actually enjoy this exciting time! We never felt like he was pushing us into a house we were not comfortable with- just a wonderful, careful listener with a great sense of humor!!!
