My home sale in Indio was a little more challenging than usual I think because of the age of the home. Some things came up in the buyers inspection that required further negotiations and Misty was very firm with the other agent. In fact she (other agent) was rather rude and disrespectful and I gave Misty free rein to handle her how she wished. Well she straightened her out to be blunt and from then on everything went very smoothly. Misty did her homework on the market values in the neighborhood and sure enough the appraisal came in at the sale price. Nothing but good things to say about Misty and I just listed another home with her.
Misty was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Always available, quick to respond. Even made herself available to advise on area vendors for painting, flooring, repairs, etc. We fired our original realtor who lacked the qualities Misty brings to job.
