Misty came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I was moving to North Bend OR with my two kids and found myself looking for a house in one of the worst times to purchase. Every listing had multiple site-unseen offers and it would have been very difficult to navigate without her. When I set my site on one property she just so happened to be out of town. I contacted her and without hesitation she found the time to get all communications in and we were able to lock it down after some tough negotiations.
