I really enjoyed working with Misti Hignite. She was very efficient, selling my home almost right away. Misti had my home sold before the day was over with. As a matter of fact, when she came out, she said “I think I know somebody, who will buy your home.” And sure enough, he bought it before she even listed it. We had a hard time finding the Vinn number on it. Misti worked endlessly, trying different ways to obtain it. We almost lost the sale of the house because we couldn’t find the identification number. Thankfully Misti kept calling until she found someone that could help us. She was always top notch, she’d answer my phone calls…. regardless of time. Misti was always very prompt and knowledgeable of the sale of my home.She also helped us find a new home, suitable for our needs. We closed on my house 2 days before we bought the other one.
