Misti was a joy to work with from the initial meeting all the way through closing, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was supported and successful in my home search. After an initial in-depth discussion of what I was looking for (which was admittedly pretty specific and difficult to find), she kept me updated with new listings and often managed to find houses that I had missed in my own searches. We did some in-person showings for several houses that didn't work out, but she kept persisting. I got to the point that I decided to give up my search and decided to rent for a while, then I left town on a several-week road trip. Misti still kept at it and a few weeks later, she found the perfect house that met all my wants and then some. She even did our initial tour on FaceTime, then patiently navigated my infrequent availability and bad cell reception to coordinate the offer and negotiation.
