Misti and her assistant Kaity kept up with everything involved in selling our home They had to work with a difficult buyers agent that would not communicate with them and keep them updated as to progress of purchase ! Through all of the difficulties they kept us informed helped with professional advice and options leading to a successful closing We would recommend Misti and Kaity to anyone looking for a professional knowledgeable team that will follow through to find your home sweet home or sell your house !!!

Misit was very helpful in the negotiations for the property and was instrumental in finding the needed contractors for different inspections at the house. Great Agent Misti and her assistant Kaity are the best they took care of everything kept us informed would recommend to everyone needing to buy or sell a home

Misti was great to deal with thru the whole process. She keeps us informed and made the process simple!

She talked to other agents to ensure I was in the correct price range with my listing price when it seemed as if the home was not selling as fast as expected. She also made recommendations and let me make the final decision.

Misti is a great agent to work with! She always communicates what is going on with sale.

Misti has been my real estate agent for both the buying and selling of my home. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the Greenville/Winterville area but her expertise has expanded throughout the state of North Carolina. When you want the best reach out to Misti Hignite with Keller Williams.

Misti & Kaity were awesome in helping us get an offer written and close on our house in just 30 days, all right around the holidays. Even post move in, we were able to reach out to them for assistance on a few things. Thank you again Misti & Kaity!

Misti showed me around town and toured houses we liked and she helped me make a decision on the perfect home! She's very kind, funny, and knowledgeable!

Misti is the best realtor around! She was always on top of everything, day and night. She was available 24/7 and took care of everything for us. This is the third time I have used Misti for buying and or selling a house, with the fourth coming soon! We couldn’t have done any of this without her. If you need a realtor, she’s the best! Thank you again Misti for all you do! God is so good!!

Two years of searching, praying, believing for what God had for us. We looked at so many different places. Misti stuck with us and believed with us every step of the way. What a testimony of what faith and persistence can do. Thank you Misti for believing with us.
