Missy was very patient as we looked at houses, using the time to learn what we were looking for. Once we found the house, Missy continued to be responsive to all our questions and concerns as well as negotiate the best price. Into escrow, discoveries were made about the house through a home inspection we paid for and Missy was masterful in getting the fixes done and paid for by the owner. Even after escrow closed, Missy has been very helpful in answering questions and even coming out and looking after our chickens when we were away since we didn't know anyone else in the area. We now consider Missy a dear friend and so appreciate all the help she offered us in finding our new home.

To start, I would like to advise anyone adding on an addition to their home or property to get the proper permitting. If we had done so twenty years ago it would have saved us money, the loss of available properties for sale at the time we were selling, and the headaches of dealing with Riverside Co. after the fact. That said, Missy is an expert not only in the Temecula area but also the surrounding areas specializing in horse properties and formost dealing with comlicated issues that can arise in selling properties. She went above and beyond selling our home in Aguanga. She took it upon herself in contacting RC Planning Dept to help us through the process of permitting our garage after the fact. This took months. Without her I'm not sure we would have finally sold our property as soon as we did. Missy kept us up to date throughout the process. I highly recommend her and am thankful she was our agent.
