She has represented us on sells, acquisitions, foreclosures, short sales, single family, multi-unit, condo. We know that we can depend on Mirvate to provide service second to none. As an out of state investor it is important that work with someone of high integrity and a sound work ethic as we require someone who can handle a transaction start to finish without a lot of direction from us. Finally I am not sure how she does it, but Mirvate typically has a solid offer for us in less than a week. This is the aspect that we appreciate the most!
