Mirta Bacallao

I met Mirta as I was handling my mother's estate and needed to sell her home. Since the first moment Mirta came across as a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable realtor. We received an offer within 2 weeks of having the house in the market and Mirta diligently worked through all the negotiations till the day of the closing. For reasons beyond her control she was unable to be present the day of the closing, but she arranged for Cari to be present. I was impressed with the way Cari stepped in at the last minute fully aware of the details of the sale making Mirta's absence almost unnoticeable. She was there for me and made sure no important detail was missed. I whole heartedly recommend their services. They were both great professionals as well as wonderful people which I was lucky to meet.
