When trying to start a new business, the first thing you need to do is find out WHERE you're business can go. After struggling for months to find a realtor that seemed just as invested in finding the perfect place for me, in came Miranda and Allison! With Miranda specializing in residential, and Allison specializing in commercial, they really were the best option for me! They were ambitious, fun and friendly, and determined to find properties that matched all of my requirements. They showed both residential and commercial properties that could fit my business model, which showed me that they truly understood what I was looking for. They stepped outside of my comfort location area a little bit, but only to show me properties that really checked everything else on my list, and were still convenient to interstate connections. Another thing that they made extremely convenient was having connections to inspectors, lawyers, loan officers, etc. and every company was amazing to work with. Allison and Miranda were the best Girl Power Team I could ask for! They are hard working, fast moving, detail oriented, confident breaths of fresh air that everyone should expect from their realtors! Miranda is the best. We told her from jumo street what we wanted to walk away with and we actually got a tad bit more. She did an excellent job fighting for us through the inspection/final walk inspections and made sure we had a fair deal and weren't coming out of pocket for unnecessary requests. She has great communication skills, answers promptly, and knows the market very well. Choose Miranda and you won't be disappointed!!!
