What we were looking for in a home changed several times and Miranda was super patient and helpful during that process. We had so many pivots that were out of our control all the way up to signing day and she was proactive with solving issues and thinking ahead. It was great to know she was working on things without having to check in all the time. She did a great job advocating for us and helping us think through what was realistic and what wasn’t. She made the selling process easy especially when it came to listing the property in an attractive way.
