(2) Consider getting a Home Inspection before you list your property to sell. This can pinpoint areas to correct. (3) Consider getting a Home Warranty. (4) Up-date any hardware\appliances\outlets\plug-ins, etc., if possible. (5) Find ways to brighten up your home. (6) Take care of any small maintenance items that you already know about. (7) Consider your curb appeal. First impressions are very important to potential buyers. (8) Declutter inside & outside of your home. Again, first impressions are very important. (9) Un-personalize your home inside and out. Buyers want to visualize their items. (10) Re-paint\re-patch\fix scuff marks where needed, etc. (11) Fix any hardware issues. This includes doors & cabinets throughout your house. (12) Add some plants & other items to make your home feel homie. (13) Make sure things smell good. (14) Clean, Clean, Clean. Deep Clean. (15) Clean out gutters. (16) Hide valuables. (17) Consider staggering. This means making rooms look bigger, uncluttered, homie, etc.

This young lady has her act together. Everything she touches turns to GOLD. As a father sending my young daughter to Boise from out of state, I wanted to go along to make sure that my kid didn't get taken advantage of.
