Mio helped the reviewer buy this property

She Covers the Field

Mio accomplishes the impossible. She meets and exceeds the standards of ethics, competence, reliability and knowledge you are looking for in the real estate world. Not just words! She was our agent who extended the closing with recalcitrant sellers, dealt with a lender from hell that fouled up its own appraisal-thus making it good, found a surveyor when no one else could-just in time to close before the bell rang. We would have lost the deal and qualification, but for Mio's perseverance and fidelity.
