When we met Mio from Bee Realty - we felt right away that she was the kind of person/realtor we wanted to work with! What we didn't know was just how beyond EXCELLENT her work ETHIC was. We were out of state during the remodeling of our home prior to selling and whenever we asked her to, she micromanaged the job (without hesitation) through all the ups and downs like we are convinced no other realtor would have done! She was always courteous, well informed, researched anything we weren't knowledgeable on and went to bat for us when there were any issues with the contractor who did the home revisions. We would highly recommend her if you are looking for the BEST of the BEST. She HAS old school intergrity which is such a lost art these days! When we look back, we are still amazed and are forever grateful that there are realtors and just as importantly - people like Mio that make this world a better place. The house was listed and had multiple offers on it within 48 hours.....and we could NOT have done it without her.
