I have spent more than 25 years working in the real estate industry, building my career from the inside out. I began in real estate office administration, which gave me the opportunity to learn nearly every aspect of the business and understand what it takes to keep transactions, agents, and an office running successfully.
For 22 of those 25 years, I have also been a licensed real estate broker, combining my administrative and operational experience with firsthand knowledge of representing clients and navigating real estate transactions.
Today, I am proud to serve as the Managing Broker of the RE/MAX Revolution Pleasant Hill office, where I help lead and support a brokerage of more than 80 licensed real estate agents. A large part of my role is being a resource for our agents—helping with contracts and transactions, working through challenging situations, answering questions, providing training and guidance, and helping agents grow their businesses and better serve their clients.
I also continue to actively practice real estate and represent clients in my own transactions. Staying active in the business keeps me connected to today's market and gives me a practical understanding of the situations and challenges our agents and their clients face every day.
After more than two decades in real estate, I still genuinely enjoy the people and problem-solving side of this business. Whether I'm helping an agent navigate a difficult transaction, mentoring someone who is new to the industry, or helping one of my own clients through a move, my goal is to be a knowledgeable, approachable, and dependable resource.
25+ years in real estate. 22 years as a licensed broker. More than 80 agents to support. And still excited about what comes next.
