Mindy was very knowledgeable as to what we should ask for our house as we were unsure. Because of this, we were able to receive a very nice offer. She communicated with us very well and kept us informed of showings and feedback from potential buyers. The photographer that Mindy hired to take photos of our house and property did a phenomenal job. He even used a drone to take overhead photos. When it came to closing on the house, we knew exactly what to expect and it went very smoothly. If we ever need a realtor in the future, we will call Mindy.
