I conduct my business with the knowledge that people don't care how much I knows until they know how much I care – and caring is one of my trademarks.
For all of my 45 year career in real estate sales, I am focused on the relationships, and on helping clients solve their problems and reach their goals. My job always begins with listening and on focusing on HOW to bring about the desired results. Anyone can identify a problem; I am more interested in finding the solutions.
I am an advocate of fair dealings and transparency. I believe that REALTORS® have an obligation to uphold the Code of Ethics and to maintain personal integrity. Because of this conviction, I give freely of my time to serve as a panelist of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and sit on the Arbitrator & Ethics Dispute Hearing panels.
I began my real estate career after buying my first home and becoming fascinated with the process. I went on to practice in Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley until relocating to San Diego in 1982. I now serve clients in both San Diego and Riverside Counties, assisting with the purchase and sale of everything from mobile homes to mansions in locations from the coast to the country.
Due to hard work, long hours, and an ever-growing base of satisfied clients who refer others to me, I have earned numerous productivity awards over the years. I appreciated those awards, but more important to me are the relationships I've built and the good feelings that come from taking good care of every client – no matter how large or how small their transaction.
