From the minute you meet me, you will know my passion for real estate and my community. As a 5th generation native of Nevada County, I have been in real estate sense 1984 and loving every moment. In 1992 I co-founded Cornerstone Realty Group, starting with 6 agents and built the company up to four offices and 65 agents before selling the company in 2006. During this time, I served a two-year term as President of the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce and on the Board for 18 years. I am also former President of Big Brother/Big Sisters, Nevada County Board of Realtors and have received numerous awards for community service and involvement. I’m also involved with Hospice of the Foothills, Center for the Arts, Music in the Mountains, Moms in the Mountains, Future Beginnings, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and Nevada Union Connect. Every escrow I close benefits these non-profit youth organizations. Team Simmons was created with Holli Navo and Tammy Andreozzi, who have been with me for over 20 years. Team Simmons has been the top producing Team in Nevada County since 2010 and consistently ranks in the top 10 in the Nation and top 20 in the World with Century 21 Global. I am an avid water skier and snow skier, and am married to the love of my life, Phil Ruble for over 25 years. We love to travel and have visited over 30 countries with more to come!

THRILLED THAT A "SPECIAL LITTLE HOUSE" FOUND A NEW OWNER

I met Mimi at a yead sale I had. We spoke so freely that I knew she would be the person to represent us whenever the time to sell our properties came about. Over the years she has sold 3 properties. Very good experience.

Very professional and extremely efficient. All paperwork was completed immediately with her and her staff. Very helpful in selecting the right buyer. Very effective in helping us dispose of furnishings. Everything went smooth from the beginning to the end of the sale. We would highly recommend her.

Best team out there!

Mimi and her team are the best! All of them work great as a team to get things done in a timely manner, So friendly and helpful, I felt listened to in all my concerns from the start with Ruth and Tammi. Mimi took care of all the details that I didn’t want to deal with, going above and beyond. Mimi is very professional and sweet at all times. The house sold within the month in a bad seller’s market with money made from the time we bought it. I’m very happy with the results and definitely recommend Mimi and her team to everyone. Mimi has lots of knowledge of the area since she was born and raised here with generations of family roots. Love , love, love Mimi and her team.

Selling my parent’s home

Mimi and her staff were amazing. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. Selling my parents home which was 7 hours away seemed so overwhelming but Mimi made every part of the sale doable. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did.
