Mimi helped us prepare the house for listing by staging the house, even bringing some of her personal items. She also introduced us to a very dedicated gardener and briefed him in detail how she wanted the property to be cleaned for showing the best. Her marketing was very well organized, with excellent professional photos (day and night) plus a virtual tour. She personally held several open houses and made sure that the house would be as pictured for every showing. Overall, a very responsive and professional attitude.
