Real Estate has always been my passion. Over the years I have had many positions but nothing has held my interest more than real estate. I love every part of it. From getting you pre approved with a lender, to the first showing, then guiding you to closing, and handing over your keys. Over the past ten years I have sold a few of my own properties, so I know the anxiety of waiting to hear how a showing went or if an offer has been accepted. My personal opinion: you have to walk in someone's shoes to know what they are going through, with this in mind I always stay in close communication with you throughout the whole selling and buying process. You are always informed as to where we are in the transaction. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, that is what I am here for, to guide you through the transaction one step at time

I have bought a few houses from Cookie and let me tell you she makes the home buying process easy! She has a lot of knowledge and experience which helps when buying houses. She is always honest and truthful and willing to go above and beyond to get you want you want! Wether you are buying or selling, Cookie makes you feel like the only client she has at time! She is a top-notch realtor and I will continue to use her as my realtor in the future!
