The house Milagritos helped me sell I bought in 2016 and used Keller Williams Realtor. Using KW turned out to be a big mistake in how the condition of the house the KW realtor didn't do her do diligent of taking care of me and I wish I never used KW realtor. When selling my house in 2022 I wanted to sale by owner because I didn't want to have another bad experience. However, Mrs. Milagritos Guzman, AKA Mimi, was absolutely amazing.
