Miko Nehman was recommended to us by our daughter. After living many years away from our family we decided to move back to the central coast. The home we chose was perfectly located in Orcutt about two blocks from family. We needed someone trustworthy that worked well with our daughter. The house is great but came needing some cosmetic upgrades. Miko always made herself available to access the home to trades people. Also, the home had a solar lease that got confusing. Miko worked tirelessly getting the information to transfer the lease (not an easy transfer). We are very, very happy with Miko and would recommend her to all needing a professional realtor. She is rock solid.
