He was up at 4am and as late as 11pm responding to emails, paper work and messages on facebook. We lived in South Korea during the entire process and the time difference was something almost every other realtor said they could not accommodate. He was resourceful and responsive and very up front and honest about all aspects. His advice on what to do next and how to handle the MULTIPLE offers we put in and were outbid on were a source of reassurance to say the least. It is a tough job that he has but he is elegantly graceful at every single twist and turn. I have never met the man in person but definitely plan to just to shake his hand and thank him in person.
